The Commercial Readiness Pack is the structured record the paid GTM Right Canvas produces. It brings a founder's market, buyer, offer and funnel assumptions into one document with the evidence found for each, the provenance of that evidence, and what remains untested.
Stages 2 to 6: Buyer Precision, Buyer + Offer, Revenue Funnel, Market + Funnel, Commercial Decision. GTM Right Canvas is a one-time £349 purchase for one idea and 90 days. It includes paid work across Stages 2 to 6: Buyer Precision, Buyer + Offer, Revenue Funnel, Market + Funnel, Commercial Decision.
True Validation tests public market evidence only: whether the problem is real, visible and urgent. It does not prove buyer budget, willingness to pay, offer fit, acquisition economics or full commercial viability. True Validation, Stage 1, is free. The paid GTM Right Canvas unlocks Stages 2 to 6 for one idea. The Commercial Readiness Pack becomes available to download once all 6 stages are complete. Stages 2 to 6 test the later commercial assumptions: Buyer Precision, Buyer + Offer, Revenue Funnel, Market + Funnel, Commercial Decision. They do not change the fact that Stage 1 is market validation only.
Illustrative representation of a completed Pack's structure. It contains no customer data and no real result; every Pack's content comes from that founder's own six stages. A completed Pack is generated once all six stages are complete. Its length follows what was recorded, so it has no fixed number of pages. It is organised into the sections below.
Two separate readings side by side: the overall commercial signal, and launch readiness. The commercial signal is set by the weakest stage grade, not an average. Launch readiness reports any legal, regulatory or operational condition that must be resolved before launch. The commercial signal describes the strength of the evidence recorded, not the quality of the idea. Launch readiness is a separate question from demand.
Each of the six stages with its grade, the commercial-engine stage the Canvas has reached, and counts of the evidence records and of the stages whose evidence is corroborated or stronger. Read the view for where the evidence is thin, not for a single score. A strong stage does not carry a weak one.
How many of the critical proofs (buyer interviews, payment commitment, product usage, funnel data and market size) rest on corroborated or stronger evidence, and the evidence tier each stage rests on. A tier says where a stage's evidence came from and whether inspectable sources are attached. A stated tier is the founder's own account.
A section for each of Stages 1 to 5 (Stage 6 is the decision section): its grade and evidence tier, an evidence-boundary note where sources are not exposed, the findings, the assumptions to test, and the next proof that would strengthen it. Each stage names its own next proof. A weak or stated stage is a gap to close, not a verdict on the idea.
Every recorded assumption and risk flag from the stages, ranked by severity, with the items that need reconciling kept separate. The ledger lists what is still open. It is the part of the Pack a founder is most likely to act on first.
The Stage 6 commercial decision, the proof plan that says what would move the Canvas to the next position on its ladder, and a stop or go rule. The decision is conditional on the proof it names. It informs what to do next; it does not certify that a decision is right.
What each grade and each evidence tier means, and what the record does not establish. Use it before sharing the Pack, so the reader weighs each stage by its evidence tier rather than its wording.
Grades: Strong, Medium, Weak, Stated. Evidence tiers: Stated - founder account only; Evidence boundary - sources not exposed; Proxy evidence - not payment verified; Corroborated - inspectable sources found; Verified - direct payment evidence.
It is for founders who need a structured record of commercial evidence and open assumptions. It is not investment approval, investor due diligence, a valuation, or a substitute for professional advice.
Fundraising: A founder may share the Pack as supporting context in a fundraising conversation. A funder or investor can review it alongside their own diligence. It is not a recommendation, approval, or substitute for that diligence.
Accelerator application: Where an accelerator application requests commercial context, a founder may choose to share the Pack as supporting material alongside the application.
Recruiting a co-founder: The Pack can be used to discuss the available commercial evidence, open assumptions and next tests with a prospective co-founder.
Briefing a contractor or agency: The Pack can provide context on the buyer, market, funnel assumptions and evidence already reviewed when a founder briefs a contractor or agency.
Advisor conversations: An advisor can review the Pack's evidence tiers and assumption gaps alongside the founder's own questions and judgement.
Internal decisions: Before you hire, spend on acquisition or commit to a channel, the Pack sets out the evidence recorded and the assumptions still open, to inform the decision. It does not certify that a decision is correct.
The Pack records commercial evidence, open assumptions and the next tests. It is not the right tool if you need any of the following.
