1. Who we are

GTM Right is operated by GTM RIGHT LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 17222856). References to "GTM Right", "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms refer to GTM RIGHT LIMITED.

2. What GTM Right is

GTM Right is a commercial validation engine. It provides a structured, AI-assisted process for founders and product teams to pressure-test market assumptions, buyer precision, offer clarity, market sizing, acquisition channels, and revenue funnel economics before committing significant capital or time.

The platform is not a guarantee of commercial success, investment readiness, or market fit. It is a commercial validation engine. The outputs it produces are evidence-graded assessments based on the inputs you provide and publicly available signals at the time of analysis. They are not financial advice, legal advice, or investment advice.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You can save a Stage 1 Workspace and continue its paid Canvas through a secure email link. A password or GTM Right account is not required for that Workspace access. You may also create or sign in to a GTM Right account to use a central dashboard for Workspaces that you explicitly add from their secure Workspace access page. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and secure Workspace email links private. A Workspace is added to an account only through its authorised Workspace access path. If you believe your account or a Workspace access link has been compromised, notify us immediately at support@gtmright.com.

4. Canvass and access windows

Each Canvas is tied to a single idea and a single 90-day access window. Stage 1 (True Validation) is free and does not require payment. Stages 2 through 6, beginning with Buyer Precision, require a one-time £349 Canvas purchase. The access window begins at payment.

At the end of the access window, your workspace enters an expired state. After expiry, your saved Canvas remains read-only and your completed Commercial Readiness Pack and Commercial Brief remain available to re-download or re-render from the retained final-output snapshot. If GTM Right corrects a product-integrity defect in a retained artefact, the corrected artefact is provided without a renewal charge. Renewal is only for new founder work: running or re-running stages, adding new evidence for analysis, or creating a new final-output snapshot. Renewal is not required to re-download or re-render retained artefacts or to receive a correction for a GTM Right product-integrity defect. From that point, you can choose a one-time £149 renewal for the same Canvas. It opens a further 90-day working period and does not renew automatically.

You may create multiple Workspaces, each tied to a different idea. Each Workspace requires its own separate purchase.

5. Payments and refunds

All payments are processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these Terms. Canvas prices are shown in GBP.

Canvas (Stages 2 to 6) price: The Canvas is supplied by GTM RIGHT LIMITED. £349 total. VAT is not currently charged.

Canvas (Stages 2 to 6) cancellation: The Canvas is a personalised digital service. At checkout you ask us to begin supplying it immediately, and we begin once your payment is confirmed. Once supply of the personalised analysis or service has begun, your statutory cancellation rights may be affected or lost to the extent permitted by law.

Canvas renewal: £149 total. VAT is not currently charged. Renewal is a separate, customer-initiated purchase for a further 90-day working period on the same Canvas. At renewal checkout you ask us to begin supplying the renewed personalised digital service immediately, and the renewed period begins once payment is confirmed. Once supply of the renewed personalised analysis or service has begun, your statutory cancellation rights may be affected or lost to the extent permitted by law. Renewal does not recur automatically.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights and remedies, including where the service is faulty, not as described, not supplied with reasonable care and skill, or where another mandatory remedy applies.

Operator-Led Session: An Operator-Led Session is a live, scheduled 60-minute session. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.

War Room and War Room Regeneration: These are non-refundable once the output has been generated.

If you believe a charge has been made in error, contact us at support@gtmright.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review it.

6. Intellectual property

Your content: The idea, inputs, and business information you provide to GTM Right remain yours. We do not claim ownership of your idea, your business concept, or any intellectual property you bring to the platform. We use your inputs solely to generate your canvas outputs and to operate the service.

Our platform: GTM Right's software, design, commercial validation engine, prompting architecture, output formats, branding, and all associated intellectual property are owned by GTM RIGHT LIMITED. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our written permission.

Your outputs: The Commercial Readiness Pack and other outputs generated from your inputs are yours to use for your own business purposes, including sharing with investors, advisors, or co-founders. You may not resell, license, or redistribute GTM Right outputs as a commercial product or service.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use GTM Right to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fabricated business information
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the platform's AI prompts or architecture
• Use automated tools to generate bulk workspaces or outputs for resale
• Circumvent payment gates or access controls
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Harass, threaten, or harm any other user or member of the GTM Right team

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Subject to your statutory rights, GTM Right is provided on an ‘as available’ basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that outputs will be accurate, complete or suitable for every purpose, except where applicable law requires otherwise. The commercial validation outputs are based on AI analysis of publicly available signals and the inputs you provide. They are not a substitute for professional market research, legal advice, or financial due diligence.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GTM RIGHT LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use GTM Right.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory statutory rights or remedies you have as a consumer, which apply in addition to these Terms.

10. Changes to the service and these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Your continued use of GTM Right after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice of significant changes that affect paid features.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of GTM Right shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
